1. CBI searches 89 locations in 20 States over 'digital arrest' frauds

   The Central Bureau of Investigation carried out searches at 89 locations across 20 States on 4 September in three cases of ‘digital arrest’ cyber fraud, in which callers posing as police or investigating officers confine victims on video calls and extort money.
