Bihar makes prior State consent mandatory for CBI action against its employees
A Bihar Home Department notification of 3 September requires prior State permission before the Central Bureau of Investigation initiates any investigation, search, interrogation or arrest against a public servant serving under the State government. Bihar opens a ‘Vidyarthi Sahyog’ portal for student grievances
Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary launched the Vidyarthi Sahyog portal, through which students can send their problems and suggestions directly to the State government.
