यह privacy policy खासतौर पर Pariksha 360 Android application पर लागू होती है, जो Google Play Store के ज़रिए distribute होती है। यह बताती है कि app कौन सा data collect करता है, उस data का इस्तेमाल कैसे होता है, किसके साथ share होता है, कितने समय तक retain होता है, app किन permissions की माँग करता है, और आप अपना account व data कैसे delete कर सकते हैं।

1. App जो data collect करता है

1.1 Personal information जो आप देते हैं

नाम — signup पर ज़रूरी। App के अंदर आपको address करने और guardian reports में इस्तेमाल होता है।
Email address — ज़रूरी। आपके account identifier के तौर पर काम करता है और password reset व ज़रूरी account notifications के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है।
फ़ोन नंबर — optional। Configure करने पर OTP verification और parent/guardian notifications के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है।
Demographics — gender, city, state, exam category। सभी optional। Cohort-level analytics और relevant exam categories सुझाने के लिए इस्तेमाल होते हैं।
Document scans — सिर्फ़ तभी जब आप app के अंदर document scanner active रूप से इस्तेमाल करें। Scan किया गया PDF आपके account के तहत हमारे servers पर OCR और categorisation के लिए store होता है।

1.2 Data जो app अपने आप collect करता है

Persistent device identifier — Android की installation ID और hardware fingerprint से बना एक stable identifier। Per-account device limits (हर user के लिए ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 5 devices) लागू करने और account abuse व multi-trial fraud पकड़ने के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है। App uninstall करके फिर install करने पर reset हो जाता है।
Signup और email verification के समय का IP address — सिर्फ़ security audit के मक़सद से record किया जाता है।
App activity — आप जो questions attempt करते हैं, जो content पढ़ते हैं, screen views, study sessions पर बिताया गया समय। सही अगला topic सुझाने, progress track करने, और mastery scores compute करने के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है।
Crash reports और diagnostic data — stack traces, device model, OS version, app version, हाल की screen transitions का breadcrumb log। Firebase Crashlytics और Sentry को भेजा जाता है। इसमें user की account identifier शामिल होती है ताकि किसी reported problem की जांच करते समय हम crash को किसी specific user से जोड़ सकें।
Push notification token — जब आप notifications allow करते हैं तो Firebase Cloud Messaging इसे issue करता है। सिर्फ़ study reminders और exam से जुड़े push notifications भेजने के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है।

1.3 Data जो app नहीं collect करता

सटीक (precise) या approximate location।
Audio recordings या microphone access।
आपकी device gallery से photos या videos।
Host application द्वारा camera access। Optional document scanner, Google Play Services Document Scanner module के ज़रिए दिया जाता है, जो एक अलग Google process में चलता है और सिर्फ़ scan की गई file लौटाता है।
Contacts, calendar entries, SMS, या call logs।
Web browsing history।
Android Advertising ID। App साफ़ तौर पर AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, और ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION permissions को suppress करता है।
किसी भी तरह की financial information। App में कोई payments या in-app purchases नहीं हैं।

2. App आपके data का इस्तेमाल कैसे करता है

Service देने के लिए: content render करना, आपकी progress save करना, आपके devices में sync करना।
आपकी learning को personalise करने के लिए: topics सुझाना, कमज़ोर areas सामने लाना, revisions schedule करना।
Account security के लिए: device limits लागू करना, abuse पकड़ना, नए sign-ins के alerts भेजना।
आपसे संवाद करने के लिए: password resets, exam updates, study reminders। किसी भी notification category को app Settings में disable किया जा सकता है।
समस्याओं का निदान करने के लिए: crashes और performance issues की जांच करना।

App निम्नलिखित third-party processors के साथ सीमित data share करता है:

Google Fonts CDN	Font files के लिए fonts.gstatic.com पर anonymous HTTPS request। कोई account information नहीं भेजी जाती।	App के typeface में text render करना; पहली बार download होने के बाद device पर cache हो जाता है
Google Calendar API	सिर्फ़ तभी जब आप स्पष्ट रूप से opt in करें। आपके चुने हुए events sync होते हैं।	आपके चुने हुए Google Calendar में study plan sync करना

App user data नहीं बेचता। App user data को advertising networks के साथ share नहीं करता। App में कोई advertisements नहीं हैं।

4. इस्तेमाल की गई Android permissions

Permission	App को इसकी ज़रूरत क्यों है
INTERNET	API backend के लिए network access।
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE	Offline-first features के लिए online या offline state पता लगाना।
POST_NOTIFICATIONS	Android 13 और उससे ऊपर पर study reminders और push notifications दिखाने के लिए ज़रूरी।
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED	Device reboot होने के बाद scheduled daily reminders को फिर से arm करना।
USE_BIOMETRIC	Optional App Lock, जो आपके device के biometric या PIN का इस्तेमाल करता है।
WAKE_LOCK, VIBRATE	Incoming notifications deliver और signal करने के लिए Firebase Cloud Messaging और local notifications system को ज़रूरी।

App location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call log, accessibility service, या background location permissions request नहीं करता।

5. Data security

सारा API traffic HTTPS/TLS का इस्तेमाल करके transit में encrypted होता है।
आपके device पर local database SQLCipher से encrypted है; encryption key Android Keystore में store होती है।
Authentication tokens flutter_secure_storage library के ज़रिए Android Keystore का इस्तेमाल करके store होते हैं।
Optional App Lock (biometric या PIN) Settings में उपलब्ध है।
इस app के लिए Android Auto Backup disabled है। आपका data आपके Google Drive में copy नहीं होता। Authoritative copy हमारे servers पर रहती है और नए device पर sign in करके restore की जाती है।
Backend, storage, cryptography, और authentication के लिए Mobile Application Security Verification Standard (MASVS) का पालन करता है।

6. Data retention

जब तक आपका account active है: data तब तक retain होता है जब तक आप हमें इसे delete करने को न कहें।
Deletion request के बाद: आपका account एक 30-दिन के grace period में चला जाता है जिसके दौरान वापस sign in करने से account restore हो जाता है। 30 दिनों बाद, एक daily background job आपका नाम, email, फ़ोन, devices, mastery state, notes, और बाकी personal information permanently हटा देती है। आपका answer history और study telemetry anonymised कर दी जाती है (आपकी identity से link तोड़ दिया जाता है) ताकि हम बिना आपकी पहचान रखे question-quality के aggregate statistics बनाए रख सकें।
Server logs और backups 30-दिन के cycle पर roll और purge होते हैं।

7. अपना account कैसे delete करें

आप अपना account दो तरीक़ों से delete कर सकते हैं:

App के अंदर से — Settings खोलें, सबसे नीचे scroll करें, “Delete Account” पर tap करें, अपने current password और acknowledgement checkbox के साथ confirm करें।
Web से — pariksha360.com/account/delete पर जाएं और अपने account से registered email address के साथ request submit करें। हर web request को हम 7 calendar दिनों के भीतर process करते हैं।

Deletion confirm करने के बाद, app आपको sign out कर देता है, आपके push notifications तुरंत बंद हो जाते हैं, और आपकी सभी registered devices हटा दी जाती हैं। आपका account section 6 में बताए गए 30-दिन के grace period में चला जाता है।

8. बच्चे

यह app 13 साल या उससे ज़्यादा उम्र के users के लिए है। हम जानबूझकर 13 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों से personal data collect नहीं करते। अगर आपको लगता है कि 13 साल से कम उम्र के किसी बच्चे ने हमें personal data दिया है, तो [email protected] पर लिखें और हम वह account delete कर देंगे।

9. आपके अधिकार

भारत के Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 के तहत, आपको ये अधिकार हैं:

हमारे पास मौजूद आपके personal data को access करना।
ग़लत data को correct करना। ज़्यादातर fields Settings, Edit Profile से edit की जा सकती हैं।
Section 7 में बताए गए किसी भी तरीक़े से अपना account और personal data erase करना।
संबंधित setting toggle करके किसी भी optional data processing (notifications, analytics, calendar sync) के लिए सहमति वापस लेना।
शिकायत दर्ज करना। Subject “Grievance” के साथ [email protected] पर email करें और कानून के मुताबिक हम 30 दिनों के भीतर जवाब देंगे।

10. इस policy में बदलाव

हम इस page पर कोई भी update post करेंगे और “Last updated” तारीख को update करेंगे। बड़े बदलाव — data की नई categories जो हम collect करते हैं या नए third-party processors — अगली बार app खोलने पर app में दिखाए जाएंगे।
